Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support an Agile delivery team in an enterprise insurance environment.

Work setup: Hybrid – Moscavide, 2 days on-site per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader for a cross-functional team, encouraging self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Foster a transparent, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to support backlog clarity, prioritization, and delivery alignment
• Identify, manage, and help remove impediments and delivery risks, escalating when required
• Monitor and communicate team progress, velocity, and delivery status to relevant stakeholders and management
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban practices, and effective ways of working
• Continuously assess and improve Agile processes, tools, and team practices to enhance delivery quality and productivity

Must-have requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• English proficiency, minimum B2 level
