We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Agile Coach ? Hybrid (Porto) What we are looking for Hard skills ? Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to teams on agile principles, frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and practices to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. ? Agile Transformation: Lead and support the organization?s agile transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ? Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote understanding and adoption of agile practices among team members and stakeholders. ? Performance Metrics: Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of agile implementation and team performance. ? Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals and priorities. ? Feedback Loop: Encourage a culture of feedback and reflection through regular retrospectives and reviews, promoting a growth mindset within teams. ? Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and other stakeholders to advocate for agile practices, address challenges, and promote the benefits of agile methodologies. ? Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging agile methodologies to continuously enhance the coaching program. ? Very good English skills Soft skills ?
