Position: Web3 Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage with top talent in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively attract and engage top talent.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the recruitment process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
