We are seeking a skilled Power BI Consultant to collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to design and implement a data-driven dashboard system. This role involves analyzing TA-related data and creating comprehensive reports to enhance decision-making, track recruitment performance, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in Power BI, and the ability to translate business needs into effective data visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Design & Development
- Collaborate with the TA team to understand key recruitment metrics and reporting requirements.
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize real-time recruitment performance, candidate pipelines, and other critical TA data points.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and tailored to the needs of the Talent Acquisition function.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze recruitment data to provide insights into trends, time-to-fill/onboard, candidate sources, and hiring funnel metrics.
- Develop automated reports for tracking recruiter productivity, job requisition status, and candidate journey.
- Provide ad-hoc reports as needed by leadership and stakeholders within TA.
Data Integration & System Building
- Work with internal IT teams to extract data from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/SAP Success Factors.
- Integrate multiple data sources into the Power BI platform for comprehensive reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and dashboards.
Performance Monitoring & Improvements
- Continuously improve the Power BI dashboards based on user feedback.
- Optimize the performance of reports and dashboards for faster load times and better user experience.
- Establish and maintain data governance and security practices to protect sensitive recruitment data.
Training & Support
- Provide training to the TA team on how to effectively use Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Offer ongoing support for troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements to the reporting system.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Power BI development, including building dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the Talent Acquisition process.
- Experience with data modeling and working with large datasets.
- Proficient in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data transformation and calculations.
- Experience with HR systems and ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR analytics or supporting recruitment functions.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data warehousing.
