We are looking for a Digital Experience and Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of website experience improvements and content across multiple markets.The company operates in the next‑generation nicotine industry, focusing on reduced‑risk consumer products and innovative alternatives to traditional smoking.

• Lead end to end delivery of website restage and digital experience improvement projects.
• Manage cross functional teams including UX, tech, legal, agency partners and market stakeholders to meet timelines and objectives.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs and rollout schedules.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the development and deployment of content across owned channels in line with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities for new digital engagement features and experience enhancements.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, legal, regulatory and market requirements.
  
  

• Proven experience managing complex digital projects across multiple teams and markets.
• Strong background in website delivery, including UX, UI, build, testing and rollout.
• Solid experience in digital marketing and content deployment for .com and owned channels.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in fast paced environments.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and managing external agencies is a plus.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with strong executional focus.
