Your Role & Impact

Are you an engineer who thrives on turning concepts into working AI solutions? Do you enjoy rapid experimentation, customer‑facing demos, and collaborating with architects and partners?

As an AI / ML Engineer, you will focus on the engineering and implementation of AI/ML solutions. You will help design and build end‑to‑end AI components, develop models and pipelines, and bring architectures to life through rapid demos and proofs of value. Your work will directly influence solution quality, performance, and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, translating architectural designs into working systems
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models for real‑world use cases
• Support and participate in customer presentations and demos, explaining technical choices and outcomes
• Explore and apply new AI/ML solution paradigms from the market, including emerging tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with strategic partners to integrate platforms, APIs, and services into AI solutions
• Drive rapid demos and proofs of value together with the Rapid Engineering team.
• Contribute to improving engineering practices, code quality, and reproducibility of AI solutions

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate

You combine solid software engineering skills with hands‑on experience in AI/ML. You enjoy learning new technologies and are comfortable working in environments where speed, quality, and collaboration matter.

In addition, you bring:

• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in practical environments
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle
• Hands‑on programming skills and the ability to work with modern AI frameworks including Vibe Coding tools.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and customers
• A proactive mindset with a focus on learning and continuous improvement
• Technology Stack: You do not need experience with all technologies listed below. A broad understanding of below technologies with deeper expertise in few areas will be ideal.
• Programming & Frameworks: Python, ML libraries, deep learning frameworks
• AI / ML Platforms: Managed ML services, generative AI platforms, open‑source model ecosystems
• Data & Pipelines: Feature engineering tools, data processing frameworks, batch and streaming pipelines
• MLOps: Model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and experimentation tooling
• RAG & Agentic Components: Vector databases, embeddings, orchestration frameworks
• Cloud & Runtime: Cloud‑native deployments, containers, scalable inference services
• DevOps & Engineering: CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing
• Vibe Coding Platforms and Tools. E.g. Google AI Studio, Anti Gravity, etc.
