DevOps Engineer – GitLab Platform

Warsaw, hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.

B2B: 140-180 PLN net+vat/h

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help operate and evolve a large‑scale internal SDLC platform based on GitLab and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop an enterprise GitLab platform in Azure
• Build and maintain shared CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates
• Configure and scale GitLab Runners on Kubernetes
• Implement and enforce code quality and security standards
• Automate workflows and support internal development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with GitLab administration and CI/CD
• Docker & Kubernetes (GitLab Runners at scale)
• Terraform / Helm and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Understanding of code quality and security tooling (e.g. SonarQube)
• Fluent English
