Job Title: Agile Delivery Manager – Salesforce

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Contract: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with strong Salesforce expertise to lead and manage Scrum teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions using Agile methodologies while ensuring team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for Salesforce delivery teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed
• Plan, organize, and lead sprint activities to deliver high-quality business solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth delivery
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and promote self-organization
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria are consistently met
• Track progress using tools like JIRA, ScrumDesk, or similar Agile tools
• Support program-level activities including resource planning, budgeting, and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Salesforce delivery projects
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
