You will be part of a regulated bank that is bridging the gap between legacy finance and the digital asset economy. The organisation separates its product function into Growth and Delivery pillars to ensure an absolute focus on shipping production ready code and functional features.

The mandate for this position is to transform complex business requirements into actionable features for payments and blockchain products. You will work directly with engineering and design teams to drive innovation and ensure clear communication throughout the development cycle.

This is a specialist seat focused on the payments domain expertise. You will sit within the delivery pillar, running sprints and ensuring every release meets the highest technical and regulatory standards.

• Own the quality and roadmap of digital asset products to ensure they are strategically aligned.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Prioritise backlogs and oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Design robust APIs and intuitive user interfaces for third party integrations.
• Manage technical integrations from sandbox environments to production go live.
• Gather user feedback to identify pain points and introduce effective technical solutions.

We are looking for a specialist who has experience building or scaling payments products from zero to one.

• A minimum of 6 years working within product management.
• Deep expertise in payments, ideally within the crypto or stablecoin space.
• Strong experience in traditional payments from top tier fintechs is highly valued.
• Technical depth in blockchain, distributed ledger technology, and tokenization.
• Proficiency in API design, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Hands on experience with Agile methodologies and rapid product development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• A proactive ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves during urgent periods.
