We are working with a well-established NYC restoration contractor that is actively hiring an Assistant Project Manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment supporting high-profile exterior restoration and facade projects across New York City.

The company delivers complex work on occupied buildings and offers clear progression to Project Manager for the right individual.

The Role

• You will support Project Managers across multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Supporting communication between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Tracking project progress and preparing reports
• Assisting with permits, compliance, and documentation
• Supporting project close-out and handover

Experience Required

• Experience in construction as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar
• Exposure to facade, concrete, masonry, roofing, or waterproofing projects preferred
• Experience working on NYC-based projects is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ambitious and looking to progress into a Project Manager role
