Overview:

We are seeking a versatile UI Designer / Front-End Developer to design and build intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into high-quality interfaces and scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces, continuously iterating based on user feedback and usability insights
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct and support usability and accessibility evaluations to ensure optimal user experience
• Develop responsive UI components using modern front-end technologies
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to translate design concepts into functional solutions
• Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and front-end development
• Advocate for user-focused design decisions and contribute to problem-solving across teams

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience building responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React and/or Angular)
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure
• Solid understanding of design principles, design systems, and user experience best practices
• Experience implementing accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines
• Ability to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, maintainable code
