Product Manager

Full-time role, hybrid in Ottawa, ON.

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking to hire a Product Manager for a leading telecommunications client in the Ottawa area. This is a full-time opportunity, and would be hybrid in Ottawa. ON

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for their product area(s) to align with company goals.

• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmap(s) that drive stakeholder alignment and engineering priorities.

• Market Research: Partner with the marketing team and target market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

• Customer Feedback: Collect and incorporate customer feedback to enhance product features and user experience.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product roadmap progress, changes, and future plans.

• Proposal Support: Work as part of a cross-functional team with Sales, Marketing and others to help respond to RFPs and other customer proposals.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years experience working as a Product Manage

- Experience working working with engineering teams to product delivery

- Some exposure to testing and/or software development

- Technical background in being able to understand UX/UI, Cloud, AI, APIs, etc

- Experience with agile - Excellent communication skills

Compensation:

$90K - $120K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
