Looking for Scrum Master (Dynamics 365) - Brisbane/Hybrid

You will be joining a high-profile transformation initiative that plays a critical role in enabling streamlined, compliant, and customer-focused government services.

Your New Role

• As the Scrum Master - Dynamics 365 Technical Expert, you will play a key leadership role within a major government digital delivery program. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support multiple agile delivery teams comprising architects, developers, functional consultants, and business analysts.
• You will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scrum and agile best practices, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business priorities. Leveraging your strong Dynamics 365 technical expertise, you will collaborate closely with solution architects and technical leads to resolve complex delivery issues and ensure best-practice outcomes across the Microsoft technology stack.
• This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension, based in Brisbane, with flexible work arrangements considered.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Proven experience leading multiple agile teams in complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP platform projects
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customisation, and integration
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent agile certification)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organisation, and prioritisation capabilities
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive a culture of continuous improvement

Highly desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience with Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations modules
