Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
  • Feature Prioritization: Use data-driven methods to prioritize features and enhancements for maximum impact.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Project Management

  • Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitoring Progress: Track project progress and performance using KPIs, reporting on status to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering products and projects on time and within scope.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and product management software.
