At the Institute of Building and Industrial Construction, in the Research Unit of Integrated Planning and Industrial Building TU Wien is offering a position as student staff in research/administration for 20 hours/week. Expected start: May 2026. This position is limited to expected 4 years, but no longer than the completion of a master's or diploma degree.

Entry level salary is determined by the pay grade C of the Austrian collective agreement for university staff. This is a minimum of currently EUR 1,379.60/month gross, 14 times/year for 20 hours/week.

Tasks
- Contribution to the procurement, maintenance, and operation of IT infrastructure (software and hardware)
- Interest in the testing and evaluation of emerging digital technologies
- Providing IT support to the team
- Supporting research activities, particularly in the field of digital design
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or Architecture); candidates must not have completed a Master’s or Diploma degree in the respective field
- Field-specific knowledge in programming fundamentals, computational design, BIM, and parametric modelling
- Prior experience as a tutor is considered an asset
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills's
