Scrummaster

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Coach to support and guide cross-functional product teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions. In this position, you will operate at the crossroads of leadership, agile delivery, and team coaching within a fast-paced digital product environment. You will contribute to strengthening team ownership, improving delivery outcomes, and enabling teams to build, operate, and continuously improve scalable digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide product teams in adopting and enhancing Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices
• Encourage teams to take full responsibility for their products throughout the entire lifecycle (“you build it, you run it”)
• Ensure consistent and reliable delivery by improving processes, workflows, and collaboration
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions to support continuous improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor for team members, particularly during complex situations or incidents
• Promote a learning culture by analyzing incidents and implementing long-term improvements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and support domains
• Strengthen service reliability, incident handling, and operational workflows
• Track and improve delivery flow, quality, and team performance
• Support effective communication across teams and departments to enable smooth delivery
• Contribute to a strong internal network and a culture of knowledge sharing

Experience & Competencies

Must have

• At least 5 years of experience coaching and mentoring teams
• Proven experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (development, UX/UI, QA)
• Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.)
• Familiarity with agile transformation initiatives
• Experience improving delivery processes, flow efficiency, roles, and operational reliability
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across teams
• Experience in change management and organizational design is a plus
• Experience optimizing delivery flows and/or DevOps practices in product teams
• Solid understanding of the digital product lifecycle, including web and mobile environments
