About The Role
We are seeking motivated engineering students to join our automotive software development team. In this traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience developing embedded software for automotive electronics systems such as instrument clusters. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects while developing knowledge and understanding with automotive software development standards and practices.

You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects while developing knowledge and understanding with automotive software development standards and practices.
You will be
- Learning automotive software development standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Participate in pair programming sessions with experienced developers to accelerate learning
- Develop and document learnings through technical notes and code documentation
- Practice version control workflows
- Develop features and improvements independently and collaboratively
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and design reviews
- Document code contributions and technical decisions for knowledge sharing
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate information analysis
- Monthly salary of 600 euros gross
- Lunch compensation of 3 euros per day
- Sports compensation
- Personal mentor
- At least 2nd year BSc or BAS student in Engineering
- Fluent in Estonian and Excellent in English
- Prior involvement in mechanical development projects (robotics, home automation, mechanics DIY or equivalent school project)
