Senior Lead / HR Manager – Paris
You will actively participate in the management of human resources related topics for one of our subsidiaries in France.
You will contribute to the development of the organization and its operational efficiency, while complying with current regulations and internal policies.
Context of the position
Be a close partner of the heads of regional functions and activities on HR priorities and issues.
Ensure the relationship and management of the employee representative bodies and trade union organizations (CSE) for all the entity's legal obligations.
Conduct collective bargaining and chair the group's CSE.
Ensure a smooth transition of employees from the client organization to Infosys, in compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations (personnel transfers / TUPE), in coordination with the HR transition team.
Ensure the day-to-day management of HR programs for a workforce of approximately 50 employees.
Ensure the implementation and application of all HR policies, procedures and systems for the subsidiary, in accordance with the transfer agreements.
Manage and guarantee HR operations for this population, including compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (BDESE, RUP, DUERP, PAPRIPACTE, etc.).
Ensure the full implementation of the HR function for the scope concerned, in accordance with the agreed transfer terms.
Write general HR communications and HR documentation.
Respond to inquiries and requests from administrative and government authorities.
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
Drive HR programs such as talent development, career management, and performance management for this scope.
Ensure that benefits are administered in accordance with existing agreements.
Ensure compliance with the legal framework for working time and leave management by managers and employees.
Qualifications / Required Profile
8 to 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources in France.
University degree (Bachelor's / Master's) with a specialization in Human Resources and/or employment law.
Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
Significant experience working with the CSE and trade unions.
Proven experience in personnel transfers / TUPE / ARD.
Good knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement.
Experience in the banking and/or IT sectors would be an asset.
Excellent leadership ability with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
Ability to work closely with local and international leaders to support business objectives.
