Implementation Project Manager

Our client is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SaaS platform to enterprise clients.

You’ll own the full implementation lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations
• Run multiple projects concurrently
• Act as the primary client contact
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and risks
• Lead client workshops and requirement gathering
• Align business needs with platform capabilities
• Provide regular stakeholder updates (incl. senior level)
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or implementation delivery
• Experience delivering client-facing SaaS implementations
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
