IT Project Manager F/M/X

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support one of our clients in Luxembourg on business and IT transformation initiatives.

You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring proper coordination, prioritization, and successful delivery of project activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, analyzing, and challenging business needs
• Translating business requirements into actionable specifications
• Coordinating between business and IT teams
• Managing priorities and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Organizing and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Supporting delivery in an agile environment
• Contributing to project governance and reporting
• Ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
• Guaranteeing respect of scope, quality, and deadlines
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• Background as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Lead
• Proven experience in the banking or finance sector
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (business & IT)
• Experience in requirements gathering and project delivery
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international and demanding environment
