We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support one of our clients in Luxembourg on business and IT transformation initiatives.
You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring proper coordination, prioritization, and successful delivery of project activities.

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support one of our clients in Luxembourg on business and IT transformation initiatives.
You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring proper coordination, prioritization, and successful delivery of project activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, analyzing, and challenging business needs
- Translating business requirements into actionable specifications
- Coordinating between business and IT teams
- Managing priorities and ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Organizing and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Supporting delivery in an agile environment
- Contributing to project governance and reporting
- Ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
- Guaranteeing respect of scope, quality, and deadlines
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Background as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Lead
- Proven experience in the banking or finance sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (business & IT)
- Experience in requirements gathering and project delivery
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an international and demanding environment
- Experience in Luxembourg
- Open to relocation or already based in Luxembourg
