🌍 What you’ll do

• Lead complex capital projects across the full asset lifecycle
• Work with C‑level leaders, project directors and EPC teams
• Drive schedule, cost, safety and quality performance
• Enable digital tools (Primavera P6, 3D design, engineering data platforms)
• Turn data into fact‑based decisions

🎓 What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in capital projects / asset & construction management
• 3+ years using capital project execution systems (engineering data, construction or maintenance solutions)
• Strong experience in the Dutch capital projects market
• Fluent Dutch & English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills

⭐ Bonus points if you have

• International project delivery experience
• Valid on‑/offshore construction site certifications
• 5+ years of consulting experience
