Your Mission Will Be

  • Drive the shift from traditional data delivery to a product-oriented data mindset across the organization;
  • Lead data product initiatives end-to-end, from concept definition to delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Align data initiatives with business strategy while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams;
  • Establish and promote data governance, quality standards, and scalable frameworks;
  • Build impactful, user-centric data solutions that generate measurable business value.

You Will Need

  • Strong expertise in data platforms, architecture patterns, and scalable analytics solutions;
  • Solid experience in data modeling, advanced SQL, and analytical problem-solving;
  • Proven background in product management, managing full lifecycles from ideation to delivery;
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar data ecosystems;
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban;
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ML workflows, and data-related best practices;
  • Awareness of data governance, compliance, and cost optimization strategies;
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
