UX/UI Designer

Responibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes, from discovery and research to final interface delivery
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping to identify user needs and pain points
  • Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain Design Systems, component libraries, and style guides
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) across all digital products
  • Collaborate closely with frontend teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative feedback cycles
  • Contribute to information architecture, navigation flows, and responsive design strategies
  • Support pre-sales activities with UX inputs, estimations, and mockups
  • Document design decisions and ensure smooth handover to development teams

Skills

  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar areas
  • +3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and visual design fundamentals
  • Experience with Design Systems and component libraries
  • Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing techniques
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • Good understanding of frontend constraints and collaboration with engineering teams
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)

Nice to have

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., Tailwind)
  • Knowledge of React and TypeScript
  • Familiarity with tools like Storybook, Vite, or Webpack
  • Experience with animations and micro-interactions
