Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end Machine Learning and AI solutions, from data analysis to model deployment.

This role follows a hybrid model based in Lisbon, and we welcome candidates open to relocating to Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions (data preparation, modeling, evaluation).
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Build and optimize data pipelines (ETL) using SQL and Python.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote data-driven decision making.
• Track and report project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or AI roles.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, statistics, and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1+).
