Desired Competencies

• Identity and access management, AWS/Google cloud space account creation and deletion of account, creation and Deletion of IAM Users for managed/unmanaged accounts
• Telco Infrastructure provisioning, supporting all onboarding related tasks
• Supporting Telco LZ services EC2/VMs, Cloud Networking, Security, Docker and Kubernetes etc.
• Monitoring LZ services, health, availabilities, CloudWatch etc.
• Following all ITSM processes through UTS and later through Helix and Incident/Change/Onboarding trackers
• Support to root cause analysis in case of incidents
• Following Telco LZ working model through Jira, Confluence to updated progress status and reporting
• Execution of changes (tasks related to affected cloud components)
• Hands-on expertise in AWS/Google Cloud Infrastructure Architecture
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and building AWS/GOOGLE cloud services
• Architectural expertise in Kubernetes for containerization
• Deep knowledge of DevOps practices with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Extensive Linux expertise
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS/GOOGLE cloud design and architecture
• Proficiency in designing and developing services
• Expertise in Terraform and Python for building and automating IaC
• Ability to optimize services for efficiency
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Google Health and FinOps
• Telco Knowledge specially on Core Telecom devices
• Incident Handling & ITIL process understanding
• Knowledge of BMC Helix
• Knowledge of Netcool application (No development experience, Knowledge on how to use it, how to see alarms etc.)
