Java Full Stack

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid/Senior Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka or similar event-driven architecture, and React JS/UI development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and be capable of working collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage event-driven systems using Kafka or equivalent technologies.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React JS.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into applications including OAuth enforcement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications:.

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
• Solid understanding of React JS and modern front-end development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
