Project Manager

Adecco Permanent Placement is seeking a strategic Project Manager with a comprehensive, end-to-end view of the company’s interdepartmental initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between local departments and Headquarters.

This role is not a Production Management position, but a transversal coordination role focused on aligning strategic initiatives, monitoring project progress, supporting priority setting, and ensuring clear, structured, and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives across the Romanian facilities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with corporate priorities.
• Act as the main interface for projects between local plants and Headquarters in Italy, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Monitor operational KPIs and business performance through data collection and reporting, providing structured analysis and recommendations.
• Identify potential improvement opportunities and support implementation of efficiency and organizational initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate Sustainability and ISO compliance activities, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitating coordination of numerous cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment of priorities, smooth information flow, and timely execution.
• Promote a data-driven, process-oriented approach to decision making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required (Engineering).
• At least 3+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong data-gathering and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in IT tools including BI platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (must have) / Italian (nice to have).
• Strong organizational and management skills.
