Technical Project Manager | Stockholm (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a Technical Project & Performance Manager to join a Tech Governance & Strategy team in Stockholm.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role combining hands-on technical project delivery with portfolio governance and performance management.

Role Overview

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Project Delivery

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical strategic projects

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

• Align stakeholders across technical teams and leadership

• Coordinate resources and ensure successful delivery

Portfolio Governance & Performance

• Govern and track technology project portfolio performance

• Define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks

• Build dashboards and visual reports (Power BI or similar)

• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement

• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements

• Strengthen governance and reporting frameworks

• Act as a bridge between tech teams and business leadership

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager

• Strong background in technical environments (engineering, QA, or development)

• Experience managing project portfolios (not just single projects)

• Strong skills in data visualization, reporting, and documentation

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI (or similar tools)

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in strategic planning and portfolio governance

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
