Project Manager

About The Role

We are hiring on behalf of our clients for a Technical Project & Performance Manager to support high-impact technology initiatives.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on project delivery with portfolio governance and performance management. You will be responsible for driving key technical projects end-to-end while also ensuring visibility, structure, and performance tracking across a broader project portfolio.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including technical leadership and strategic teams, requiring both execution capability and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Programme Delivery

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects (scope, timeline, budget)
• Align with cross-functional stakeholders on goals, deliverables, and resources
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate technical teams and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Provide clear and structured updates to stakeholders at all levels
  
  

Portfolio Governance & Performance

• Support governance of the overall project portfolio with clear KPIs and success metrics
• Track project performance, including status, risks, financials, and outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain structured documentation of projects and strategic initiatives
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Management

• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across projects
• Integrate learnings into future delivery processes
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Contribute to improving governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong understanding of technical project delivery (software, engineering, or QA background preferred)
• Experience managing or reporting on multiple projects at a portfolio level
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
  
  

Education & Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience working in technology-driven environments
• Familiarity with strategic planning and portfolio-level reporting
