.NET Developer – Banking

Work Location: Toronto, ON.

Contract to Perm: initial 6-month contract with conversion to permanent

We are seeking intermediate .NET Developers with strong banking experience, specifically within core banking and retail banking environments. This role supports application modernization initiatives across custom and enterprise banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications supporting core and retail banking platforms

• Contribute to application modernization and enhancement initiatives

• Collaborate with BSAs, Scrum Masters, and developers in an agile delivery model

• Develop and support APIs and integrations with upstream and downstream systems

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

• Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer

• Mandatory banking industry experience

• Experience working in core banking and retail banking environments

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies
