Our Client is seeking a Data Analyst to support digital transformation and service innovation initiatives. This role combines strong data engineering capabilities with advanced analytics to deliver scalable data solutions and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering

  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines across on-prem and cloud platforms
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and availability
  • Optimize ETL workflows and data processing pipelines
  • Manage data lakes, warehouses, and storage solutions
  • Implement data governance best practices

Data Analytics

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
  • Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making
  • Extract and manipulate data using SQL
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build performance metrics and service dashboards
  • Support Agile teams with data-driven insights

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years experience as Data Analyst or Data Engineer
  • Strong SQL and data modeling experience (star and snowflake schemas)
  • Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and APIs
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Experience building dashboards (Power BI or similar)
  • Experience ensuring data quality, governance, and security
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

Technical Environment

  • Data Tools: SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Visualization: Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Storage: Data lakes, data warehouses, NoSQL
  • DevOps: Git, CI/CD, containerization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure Databricks
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or NLP
  • Public sector or Government experience
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages
