About The Role

We are seeking motivated and talented UI/UX Designer Interns to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for our core platform, which includes the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Vetting Engine, Consultant Portal, and Client Dashboard. You will collaborate closely with our founding product and engineering teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital interfaces that enhance enterprise workflows.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly influence product development and user satisfaction. You will engage in designing user journeys, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and iterating designs based on user feedback and business needs. Your work will contribute to simplifying complex workflows, improving usability, and delivering a seamless experience to our diverse global clientele.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are students, recent graduates, or individuals with a keen interest in product design, UI/UX, or visual interaction design. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and possess a solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles. A strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects and thoughtful design solutions is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate a high level of ownership, a proactive approach to feedback, and a passion for creating user-centric designs. An interest in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS interfaces is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also important.

Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer Intern, your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop user journeys and workflows, designing UI layouts for various platform components such as consultant profiles, dashboards, and vetting tools, and creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. You will be responsible for translating complex enterprise workflows into simple, user-friendly interactions that enhance usability and engagement.

You will work with developer-ready design systems using tools like Figma, contribute ideas and insights to influence the product roadmap, and participate in iterative design processes based on real user feedback and evolving business objectives. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our platform remains intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and expectations.
