About Our Client

Our client is a well‑established organisation delivering business‑critical technology initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. They are strengthening their Agile delivery capability and are looking for a Scrum Master who can drive outcomes, improve team maturity, and remove real delivery impediments.

This is a hands‑on role supporting delivery teams rather than a process‑heavy or textbook Agile environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support one or more Agile delivery teams. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, enabling teams to deliver consistently while embedding strong Agile practices.

This role requires practical Agile experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to engage with delivery leads, product owners, and stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate

You will be a pragmatic Scrum Master with proven experience working in Agile teams. Key skills and attributes include:

Agile & Scrum Expertise

• Strong, hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, events, and artefacts
• Ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement and higher delivery maturity

Leadership & Soft Skills (Critical)

• Servant leadership style – guiding teams without authority
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder awareness
• Confident handling impediments, conflicts, and team dynamics

Delivery & Execution

• Proven experience facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong problem‑solving capability with a delivery‑first mindset
• Effective time management to keep teams aligned with sprint goals
• Adaptable and comfortable operating in evolving delivery environments

Nice to Have

• Exposure to technical delivery teams (engineering, data, or platforms)
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tooling
• Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) – beneficial but not mandatory
