Program Manager

Lead multiple digital transformation programs for a global shipping business, not juggle endless meetings about single-project minutiae.

You'll drive delivery across concurrent initiatives spanning depot automation, core platform upgrades, and B2B integrations. This isn't a typical PM role where you're managing one project - you'll orchestrate an entire transformation portfolio for an end-to-end logistics operation covering sales channels, pricing systems, network operations, and physical depots across Australia and internationally.

You'll work in a hybrid environment with three days onsite in Sydney office, managing teams of 15-20 developers and business analysts through Jira and Confluence. The delivery model balances Agile for most work with waterfall for major platform upgrades. You'll have direct access to leadership across sales, operations, and revenue teams, plus work closely with external vendors on core system integrations.

This is a 12-month contract with strong extension potential.

What You'll Do:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent digital transformation programs

- Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across the entire portfolio

- Build relationships with Senior internal/external leadership, technology teams, and external vendors

- Oversee Agile delivery teams while ensuring smooth project outcomes

What You'll Need:

- Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager

- Proven delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs in complex enterprise environments

- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with strong stakeholder management capabilities
