We are currently looking to expand our young, international and diverse team of experts with the addition of an Integration & Field Engineer (f/m/x), with hands-on attitude and strong team-work mentality to support our Customer Success team. Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Remote and on-site customer support
- Integration of robotic solutions into customer networks
- Commissioning of robotic solutions at customer sites
- Linux system configuration and troubleshooting
- Network setup and analysis (VPN, Ethernet, LTE/5G)
- Collaboration with R&D and Production
- Technical documentation in ticketing and knowledge bases

- System-knowledge:
- Ubuntu Linux (CLI): package management, services, logs, SSH, Git
- Docker: basic usage, images, docker-compose
- Networking fundamentals: IP, subnetting, VPNs, troubleshooting
- Python 3: basic scripting (functional or OOP)
- APIs & JSON
- Ability to work in secure / isolated environments without AI tools
- Fluent ability in the English language (company language)
- Experience with wireshark, tcpdump
- Server hardware know-how (e.g. Dell)
- Certifications
- CompTIA Network+, Security+
- Cisco or Linux certifications
