About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer for our Webshop team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing the technical development of the hygi.de online shop within the existing system architecture. Your expertise will help shape the long-term strategic vision of our digital platform by implementing modern architectural approaches such as API-first, headless models, and cloud-native frontend architectures. You will be responsible for developing reusable components, optimizing user experience, and ensuring high performance and accessibility standards. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in frontend development, with a focus on modern frameworks and best practices. Essential qualifications include excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS (including CSS3 and SCSS), and Vue.js or React, along with experience working with component-based architectures. You should have a solid understanding of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and responsive web design to ensure seamless cross-browser functionality. Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Encore are required. Basic knowledge of technical SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), and experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs are also necessary. Additionally, strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment are key attributes. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas for system improvements.
