This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia.
Responsibilities:
- Review and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment.
- Assess the technical condition of returned or received equipment.
- Report damaged equipment or tools and recommend improvements as needed.
- Disassemble, repair, maintain, and reassemble equipment while identifying the causes of defects.
- Record work performed and update equipment technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Plan and order necessary spare parts and consumables from the warehouse.
- Document the entire process of receiving, reviewing, and resolving customer complaints.
- Provide technical guidance to the production department.
Required skills:
- Technical education or relevant work experience in a technical field (preferably in electronics, mechanics, or manufacturing).
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and perform equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
- Knowledge of product quality requirements and defect identification.
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures.
- Clear, confident communication with teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
