Production Engineer

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia.

Responsibilities:

• Review and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Assess the technical condition of returned or received equipment.
• Report damaged equipment or tools and recommend improvements as needed.
• Disassemble, repair, maintain, and reassemble equipment while identifying the causes of defects.
• Record work performed and update equipment technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Plan and order necessary spare parts and consumables from the warehouse.
• Document the entire process of receiving, reviewing, and resolving customer complaints.
• Provide technical guidance to the production department.

Required skills:

• Technical education or relevant work experience in a technical field (preferably in electronics, mechanics, or manufacturing).
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and perform equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
• Knowledge of product quality requirements and defect identification.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures.
• Clear, confident communication with teams, managers, and stakeholders.
• Time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
