HR Services Specialist in Employee Lifecycle Processes

Job Description
Do you enjoy working with core HR processes and making them better?
You will join the HR Services team, responsible for managing the most essential parts of the employee lifecycle: hire, employment changes, and terminations. These processes form the backbone of a smooth employee experience and require accuracy, legal awareness, and strong process understanding.
Our team provides HR administrative support mainly for employees in Lithuania, working end‑to‑end with HR systems, documentation, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with the Lithuanian Labour Code and internal policies.
Beyond day‑to‑day operations, we actively look for opportunities to simplify, improve, and standardize how HR Services are delivered. We aim to act as a centre of expertise, not just a processing unit.

This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
You will:
Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Handle hire processes, e.g., employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and system registrations
- Manage employment changes, e.g., role changes, working time changes, salary‑related documentation, leave arrangements, and other contract amendments
- Execute termination processes by ensuring correct documentation, system updates, and compliance with legal requirements
- Administer employee data across multiple HR systems with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
- Consult and support employees and managers via Service Now on lifecycle‑related topics
- Ensure cases are analysed properly, resolved end‑to‑end, and documented with high quality
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, payroll, legal, and other stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, or improvement opportunities in lifecycle processes and contribute to their implementation
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Understanding of core employee lifecycle processes (hire, change, termination)
- Comfortable working with labour law‑driven processes and documentation
- Attentive to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to work on your own and be responsible for your cases
- Ability to see the bigger picture and propose improvements
- Strong Excel skills and comfort in working with HR systems
- Upper-intermediate English language skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code (would be a strong benefit)
Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
