PROJECT MANAGER (German construction projects)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with practical experience working on construction projects in Germany.
The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, work control, communication with clients and subcontractors, as well as work documentation according to German standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and management of construction projects in Germany
• Controlling the progress of work and ensuring deadlines
• Communication with clients, partners and subcontractors
• Acting on completed work in accordance with VOB requirements
• Understanding LF (Leistungsverzeichnis / Leistungspositionen) positions and justifying prices
• Checking and coordinating estimates
• Documentation management

Requirements:

• Experience working with construction projects in Germany
• Good knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen)
• Experience working with LF (Leistungsverzeichnis) positions and their pricing
• Knowledge of the German language (at least B2 level)
• Ability to independently manage projects
• Responsibility, organization
