Welcome to the Pictet Tech division!

At Pictet Tech, we design and integrate a wide range of IT solutions, from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking applications and enterprise management tools. As the driving force behind some of the Group’s key innovations, the division is also responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and for developing custody and fund administration services.

Are you interested in helping to develop the next-generation of solutions for the Group's IT ecosystem?

Based on a permanent contract, our programme includes an 18-month rotation through a number of key IT domains, including Innovation, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Networks, Data Analytics, and UX/UI Development.

This experience combines on-the-job learning with structured development initiatives, emphasising teamwork, skill enhancement and personal growth, all while setting clear objectives to guide your progress. You will develop robust skills and gain valuable experience by working directly with experts in these fields and gain international exposure through multi-location rotations.

Your role

• Developing and operating cloud solutions based on the following objectives: performing research, designing, building and maintaining reliable solutions for the Group’s cloud-based applications and IT infrastructure, employing a balanced mix of Microsoft and Unix environments across various cloud providers.

• Optimising platforms, standards and practices: working closely with developers (in Geneva, Portugal and Luxembourg), infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity experts and risk managers.

• Helping to implement projects in the fields of innovation, data analytics and cybersecurity: to support the Group's overall strategy. Promoting a culture of innovation by experimenting with new technologies and methods to improve processes and decision-making.

• Contributing to the exploration and adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance cloud platforms, data analytics capabilities and operational efficiency across the Group’s IT ecosystem.

You will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies and cloud environments, contributing to projects involving cloud infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics.

At the end of this challenging programme, you will be fully prepared to take on a role that aligns with your aspirations and skills.

Your profile

• Holder of a university degree (undergraduate or postgraduate), with a strong interest in computer science.
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Highly proficient in English (both written and spoken); French, Portuguese, or any other language could be an asset.

Location

While the programme includes international exposure through collaborations and potential rotations across several locations (Geneva, Portugal and Luxembourg), the final position following the programme will be based in Luxembourg.
