Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Scrum Master Consultant to join our journey.

• Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies with purpose, from backlog grooming to sprint reviews and retrospectives that drive real progress, not just fill calendar slots.
• Anticipate and remove blockers before they impact delivery, shielding the team from organisational noise so they can stay heads-down on what matters.
• Coach engineers on Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering genuine understanding over box-ticking compliance.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager and Project Manager to keep the backlog healthy, priorities clear, and sprint goals realistic and well-defined.
• Track velocity, sprint health, and delivery metrics, communicating progress and risks to stakeholders with transparency and candour.
• Run retrospectives that produce actionable outcomes, not just a list of observations gathering dust in a shared doc.
• Spot patterns, surface systemic issues, and champion sustainable improvements that strengthen how the team operates over time.
• Leverage AI tools for sprint reporting, retrospective analysis, and process documentation, while taking full ownership of results.

How do we imagine our future Scrum Master Consultant ?

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a demonstrable impact on team delivery and performance.
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of Scrum, the principles behind the ceremonies, not just the playbook.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to navigate tensions, guide productive conversations, and build psychological safety.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to keep backlog, planning, and execution in sync.
• Comfortable with Agile tooling, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar, and able to configure boards and workflows that actually serve the team.
• Clear and honest communicator, capable of reporting delivery health to both engineers and senior stakeholders without sugarcoating.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent Agile certification is a strong plus.
• Experience in a software product company, ideally in FinTech or a regulated environment, is highly valued.
