Director - Cybersecurity Transformation (OT / Industrial)

Our client, supported by NonStop Consulting AG, is a leading international advisory firm with a strong footprint across Europe and globally. The company partners with some of the world's most complex organizations, helping them navigate digital transformation, risk, and regulatory challenges. With a well-established cybersecurity practice, they are continuing to invest heavily in growth within industrial and manufacturing environments.

To support this expansion, they are looking for a Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation.

• Lead and deliver large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs across manufacturing, pharma, and industrial sectors
• Advise clients on cybersecurity strategy, operating models, and IT/OT convergence
• Drive initiatives across areas such as OT security, IAM, supply chain security, and managed services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at senior stakeholder level
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity practice
• Lead, mentor, and scale international delivery teams
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments
• Strong expertise in areas such as OT security, cyber strategy, IAM, or security transformation
• Proven experience in consulting, client engagement, or strategic account management
• Track record of delivering complex, large-scale programs
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in international environments
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, IEC/ISA)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
