🎯 Your Mission & Impact

As a Project Manager specialized in Banking, Payments, and Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies, you will play a key role in leading complex initiatives within financial services environments. You will ensure successful delivery of projects that drive digital transformation and innovation for leading banking and payments clients.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in banking and payments environments.
• Proven experience in Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or digital financial products, or strong exposure to the banking sector.
• Solid understanding of project governance, scope, budget, timelines, and risk management.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within banking, payments, and crypto/blockchain-related initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements typical of the banking sector.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous process optimization.
