Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, optimize, and update the company’s WordPress websites.
• Develop and implement new site features using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Manage themes, plugins, and integrations, ensuring compatibility and security.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage hosting environments, and oversee regular backups.

Technical SEO & Performance Optimization:

• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize site speed, core web vitals, mobile performance, and crawl efficiency.
• Monitor and manage sitemaps, redirects, canonical tags, schema markup, and site indexing.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve organic visibility and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Configure and monitor Google Site Kit, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
• Use SEMrush and Sistrix to track keyword performance, backlinks, and visibility trends.
• Provide monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and technical site health.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure the website meets the latest security and GDPR compliance standards.
• Monitor uptime, manage SSL certificates, and coordinate with IT on firewalls and security patches

Candidate Criteria

• Education Level: Associate Degree (Graduate), Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate), Master’s Degree (Graduate), Doctorate (Graduate)
• Foreign Language: English (Reading: Advanced, Writing: Advanced, Speaking: Advanced)
