Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Own the mobile architecture and performance to ensure a professional tool that feels fast and reliable under pressure
• AI Integration: Build and integrate AI-powered features into the mobile surface ensuring they feel natural and intuitive for legal workflows
• Complex Data Handling: Solve mobile-specific challenges including large file rendering, offline sync, and multi-language content across different jurisdictions
• Technical Direction: Set the technical direction for the mobile codebase and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation
• Cross-Functional Design: Collaborate with product and design teams to translate dense legal workflows into seamless mobile interactions
• Performance Excellence: Monitor and optimize rendering, memory usage, and network efficiency to provide a zero-lag user experience

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience building and maintaining production applications with a significant user base
• Deep expertise in React Native and strong JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals with a clear understanding of the underlying framework
• Proven track record of building apps that handle complex data states and real-time synchronization beyond basic API interactions
• Strong understanding of mobile performance diagnostics including memory management and network optimization at the React Native layer
• Ability to build native modules in Swift or Kotlin for performance-critical features or native bridging when necessary
• Familiarity with document-heavy features such as PDF rendering and annotation tools on mobile platforms
• Experience with multi-locale applications and scaling products for different global markets
• Ability to ship high-quality code and iterate quickly rather than waiting for perfect conditions
