We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist for our client. Our client is a leading global marketing and communications group with a strong creative and digital footprint across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics-focused roles,
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query),
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation,
• Experience with recurring, structured reporting (weekly / monthly),
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau),
• Solid understanding of reporting logic, KPIs, and data quality principles,
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders is a plus,
• Exposure to marketing, digital, or e-commerce data preferred,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused.

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain recurring, structured reports (weekly / monthly),
• Locate, understand, and work with existing data sources across systems,
• Extract, validate, and analyze data using SQL and Excel,
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency,
• Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau),
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with defined KPIs,
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights and business recommendations,
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and reporting outputs,
• Identify data gaps, anomalies, and areas for improvement proactively,
• Present findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
