The role

As a Senior C/C++ Developer , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Redesign: Architect and implement a new parallel processing framework optimized for Linux internals, replacing Windows-specific threading and IPC models.
• Numerical Precision Management: Design and implement strategies to handle platform-specific differences in floating-point arithmetic to ensure identical scheduling and result parity between legacy Windows and new Linux environments.
• Dependency Isolation & Management: Modernize and isolate the dependency chain, moving from Windows-specific libraries to cross-platform or Linux-native alternatives (e.g., using Conan or vcpkg).
• Performance Engineering: Profile and optimize system-level components including session lifecycles, memory management, and I/O for high-throughput Linux environments.
• Legacy Porting: Isolate and migrate complex C++ logic while maintaining strict functional equivalence
  
  

Must Have Qualifications

• Expert C++ (8+ years): Mastery of modern C++ (C++17/20), STL, and low-level systems programming.
• Cross-Platform Migration: Proven experience porting large-scale, performance-critical applications from Windows (Visual Studio) to Linux (GCC/Clang).
• Deep Linux Internals: Strong expertise in POSIX threads, IPC (Unix domain sockets, D-Bus), and Linux-specific performance tools (GDB, Valgrind, perf).
• Parallel Computing: Experience with high-concurrency architectures, lock-free data structures, and distributed scheduling.
• Numerical Sensitivity: Solid understanding of IEEE 754 standards and how different compilers/architectures affect numerical stability in simulations or financial modeling.
  
  

Nice To Have Qualifications

• Experience with build systems like CMake or SCons and containerization (Docker) for consistent deployment.
• Background in High-Performance Computing (HPC) or Scientific Computing.
• Familiarity with SIMD optimizations or GPU-accelerated computing
