UI/UX Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand user needs and turn ideas into effective design solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong design mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Improve user experience by identifying design issues and refining layouts based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Maintain consistency with brand, accessibility, and design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working remotely and managing tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in Agile or product development environments.
• Basic understanding of front-end development or design handoff workflows.
