Job Description:
Lead Agile delivery while driving data-driven insights and analytics to support software development teams and product outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
• Lead Scrum teams through full SDLC (planning, development, testing, deployment)
• Analyze data within Azure DevOps to identify trends, risks, and performance metrics
• Write and refine queries to extract insights from development data
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for leadership reporting
• Utilize AI/GenAI tools to enhance analysis, forecasting, and team performance
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Identify and remove blockers; manage risks and issues to resolution
• Support Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with software development teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (querying, reporting, analytics)
• Ability to work with data and perform analytics within development tools
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for data analysis
• Experience with Lucid or Miro for visualization and planning
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Jira for Project Management

• Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
• Background in US banking or financial services
• Experience with financial products or compliance solutions
• Experience working with distributed teams or third-party vendors
