🔹 Job Responsibilities

* Monitor network performance (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).

* Identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues.

* Respond to network-related support tickets.

* Diagnose and repair network faults (e.g., cabling, switches, routers).

* Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

* Assist with setting up new network infrastructure or upgrades.

* Configure VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and other network services.

* Implement security patches and firmware updates.

* Support backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Nature of Role:

The role is for dispatch support. It is an on-demand support like Adhoc or Ticket-based support. The task will be for half day or full day.
